Winnie (Leung) is in her late twenties when she is dumped by her boyfriend. To top it all off, she is often bullied by her colleagues, making her life more miserable than it already is. Koo (Cheng) is a wealthy tycoon who is ruthless in his business dealings as well as a notorious womanizer. However, when his latest takeover attempt leads Koo to be on the receiving end of death threats by a former employee of the company, Koo and his assistant, Ryan are forced to switch identities in order to save his life. Posing as a commoner, Koo soon meets Winnie, and falls in love with her as she is the first person to like him for himself and just not for his wealth. But what happens if Winnie finds out about Koo's real identity?
