Priceless

What I loved most: Audrey tautou, interesting, funny.

Absolutely Brilliant! I picked this up off the shelf on a whim and was rivetted to the screen from the first scene. I usually steer wide of anything that even hints of "romantic comedy" but this movie has none of the usual cheesy cliches. It's a good story line with sound performances by both lead actors and a great sense of humour. Enjoy!

The movie title says it all!

With just 2 cinemas screening at some weird timings, I am glad that I finally managed to catch Priceless. Finally a rom-com that does not border on cheesiness. Storyline is simple but the execution of the movie makes it a must-watch. Peppered with funny one-liners and memorable situations, I highly recommend this movie to anyone who needs a lift froma bad day. The actors were just so fun to watch and their characters were all so endearing! Funny scenes aside, a particular scene that touched me most was when the male lead offered 1 Euro just to be in the company of the female lead. If you missed this, please go out and get the DVD or VCD, you will not regret it!

It's like french toast - Simple, Sweet & light

What I loved most: High Entertainment Value

What I really hated: A bit too narrowly focused on the materialistic values (if they can still be called values that is!)

AHH after applying quite some time management techniques… I finally managed to go watch ‘Priceless’ . . . and I’m just so glad I did! Everyone can read the storyline, I’d just like to add to the fact that it’s a pleasant romantic comedy... pretty French,... pretty Funny and pretty Entertaining... For all those ‘material gals & guys’ out there – get off your wanna-be-royal @sses and go watch please :) The two main characters are well established and definitely well performed! Not a stereotypical prince charming, but the genuineness in Gad Elmaleh’s character (lead actor) unintentionally makes u go like ‘Aweeeeeeeeee’ in such a lovely dovey,, typically girly manner. And you certainly hope there are more of his kind in the world. - - - Nothing perfectly dreamy like ‘pretty woman’… Not to be compared with ‘Notting Hill’ either… but definitely worth the hour and a half... and you leave the cinema with a sMile on ur face................... so GO WATCH!

For all romantic comedy lovers

What I loved most: the luxurious setting, funny scenes

What I really hated: the practical, materialistic side of the female lead?

Story started where boy meet girl but girl mistaken him for a rich & loaded person and they had ONS and then the story revealed about how she live on rich old guys, from one to another and drain them dry with wanting expensive designer clothes & accessories, dine at luxurious expensive places. it's rather sad to see the girl's lifestyle is so high expense. and the poor boy probably used up his whole life saving in just a few day's time just for the girl's sake. The girl eventually left him for another rich guy. However the twist came where the boy meets an older rich widow and that was how he got his transformation under the wings of seduction taught by the girl. The more she impart her skills to him, the closer they got and before long she realised she had feelings for him but yet refuse to admit nor accept until the very end where they both decide to elope even though they do not have a single penny with them. I'd love to see how they survive together with love though....
