Based on a book of the same title, a car accident puts Paige (Rachel McAdams) in a coma, and when she wakes up with a severe memory loss, her husband Leo (Channing Tatum) works to win her heart all over again in this heart-warming tale of love and second chances.
What I loved most: The whole courting process, restarted all over again
What a touching story. Forgetting all that you have loved, and the one who remembers...are the one that truly suffers. From going back to being a stranger, to work to win her heart all over again, through all obstacles...and heart pain. Truly touching as the movie bring the audiences through the whole process. A highly recommended movie to watch for all couples. Treasure the ones you love.

What I loved most: Based on true story, typical yet beautiful love story
What I really hated: Typical romantic story that may appear a bit too dramatic
When I first saw the title of the movie, I was like: "It's gonna be another lovey-dovey story that will try to make you cry." And yes it was touching enough to make me sob in the cinema when I feel sorry for the guy who tried his best to win back the heart of his wife who lost memory of him and her recent past. It was at the point of her trying to change her way of living that she lost her memory of...and woke up only remembering her old self again. It was like the part in her life that she was trying to rediscover herself has been erased off her mind. If you are those enjoying touching romantic movies, this is certainly one you will fall head over heel in love with. However, I also love this movie not just about the romance in it but to see how the character in the movie pick themselves up after the car accident to change themselves in such a way to accept the post-accident change. The husband, who tried his very best to help her wife to recover her memory, only to realise it doesn't work. He gave up to help her regain her memory but instead to choose to pursue her and win her heart again like they have never met each other before. The wife, who finds comfort in doing her old things and refusing the help to regain her memory as she was afraid of the change she might get. But in the end, she chose to let her life flows naturally and realise she does want a change and realise all along she was right to choose art to rediscover her passion again. They fell in love again in the end of the movie with both seeing it as a new chapter all over.

What I loved most: Based on a real story
What I really hated: Sam Neil plays a cheating father
If this film is true, then it's a one-in-a-million love story. This is how true love should be but look around and you'll rarely see it. The guy and gal fall in love and they are a perfect match. They tie the knot. Unfortunately a car accident [they stopped at a stupid place to make love and to make a baby] leaves her in a coma. They tie the knot. Unfortunately a car accident [they stopped at a stupid place to make love and to make a baby] leaves her in a coma. When she comes to, she cannot remember her husband but she can remember further back - like her parents, but not everything. Undaunted, he tries to win her heart all over again. But her father stands in the way. Apparently she quit law school to pursue her passion for scupting. She cannot remember that. She also left home because her father cheated on her mom, with her best friend. It gets complicated. Her mother stoically decides not to leave but to stay on because the family is her life. Eventually she finds out...and they start their love story from scratch (again). Not too bad but not great either.
