Thomas Haden Church
The tall, blond actor Thomas Haden Church went from playing the lovable yet intellectually clueless Lowell Mather on the NBC sitcom "Wings" to portraying bright young executive who makes a marriage of convenience on the Fox sitcom "Ned and Stacey," then scored a mid-career boost years later with his amusing portrayal of a randy bridegroom in "Sideways." Church moved to California after stints as a radio disc jockey and commercial voice-over actor for in Texas. He played a sociopath in the independent feature film "Stolen Moments" and then guest starred on "Cheers" as a skating penguin. The latter role led to his being cast on "Wings" in 1989.
